First attempt

First attempt at broomstick lace (using a plastic ruler). Love the shadows crochet makes against the metal cabinet. Feeling inspired.

Forth Valley Open Studios began on Saturday. I have semi-organized my chaos, had several pieces framed, set up the empty studio next door as a mini exhibit and managed to get round quite a few venues already.
I would like to see more footfall at Delta but it's difficult to be around and go visiting.

Two Days to go...

On a positive note, I am more organized than last year.
On a realistic note I am not organized at all!

And as if by magic ...

There he was this morning, terrified, panicking not knowing which way to go, running along the grass at the edge of the bypass.
